Big Sis Supper
Big Sis Supper is an event business designed to celebrate the joy of a great dinner party. Together the founders share a background in events management and interest in natural wine and local food procurement. Their mission is to design dream parties by crafting the perfect table and wine pairings while providing the best, nyc-based caterers to suit your occasion. They approached me to design their visual identity. We created a playful, cohesive logo, color palette, iconography, typography and photography direction.

This logo was development using hand drawn, organic typography. This playful script calls on the connection to the brand’s themes of celebration, enjoyment and fun with a nod to dinner party symbolism. Leaning into the playful meaning, I added a fork and knife illustration to represent the “I” in Big Sis. The secondary design uses the same dinner-themed symbolism of a wine bottle flowing into the logo. Once the brand guidelines were established, I created custom collateral like instagram posts and packaging designs, which included coasters, matchbooks, candles, totes and hats.
